Due to the excessive amount of handmade hours that go into a quilt, they are not returnable.
If an exception is made (determined by owner of shop), email us within 3 business days of you receiving your order. You would then need to return your item unused, new condition and in it’s original packaging. Email us here for our return address and include your order number and return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. **CUSTOM QUILTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AT ALL FROM THE TIME THEY ARE PURCHASED AND FORWARD**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days, less 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Sale and Discounted Items
Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale or discounted items (items purchased with a discount code or coupon code) are final sale.
